About this appointment
A late-pregnancy scan that checks your baby's position before birth, mainly to identify a breech or other unusual presentation. It also estimates fetal weight and reviews wellbeing, fluid and the placenta to help plan your delivery. Helpful information for you and your birth team in the final weeks. Best at around 36 weeks; offered through to 40 weeks.
