About

Siobhan Shearing is an accomplished midwifery leader with over 10 years of experience across both NHS and private maternity services. As Clinic Manager at London Pregnancy Clinic and Spital Clinic, she plays a key role in ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and personalised care across our City and West London locations.

Siobhan brings extensive expertise in managing complex maternity pathways, with a strong focus on fetal medicine and early pregnancy care. Before joining LPC, she served as Matron for Women’s Health at Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust, where she led multidisciplinary teams delivering specialist maternity services.

She previously held the role of Senior Midwife Manager in the Fetal Medicine Unit at University College London Hospitals (UCLH), working alongside renowned fetal medicine expert Dr Fred Ushakov. There, she supported high-risk pregnancies and helped develop clinical pathways for families needing advanced prenatal care.

Siobhan’s early career includes senior midwifery roles at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust and Southend University Hospital, with specialisms in fetal medicine and clinical research. She holds a Master’s degree (MSc) in Advanced Midwifery Practice from Anglia Ruskin University and brings a compassionate, strategic, and evidence-based approach to leading maternity care.
