We are on the 1st Floor, 36 Spital Square, London E1 6DY — about 8 minutes’ walk from Liverpool Street (Elizabeth line, Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan, National Rail and London Overground) and about 9 minutes from Shoreditch High Street. If you need step-free access or any help getting to your appointment, call us on 020 3687 2939 before your visit.

The City clinic is open Monday to Friday 8am–8pm, Saturday 10am–4pm and Sunday 10am–2pm, so you can be seen before or after work and at weekends. A £30 surcharge applies to most evening, weekend and bank-holiday appointments. Call 020 3687 2939 or book online.

Everything in our range: early pregnancy and viability scans from 6 weeks, the 10-week scan, NIPT with a scan from 10 weeks (Panorama from 9 weeks), the nuchal scan, our signature early fetal scan, the anomaly scan, growth and presentation scans, plus gynaecology and fertility services.

Fetal echocardiography and second-opinion appointments with our fetal medicine specialists are also based here — see early echo and second opinion scan. Face-to-face midwife appointments, blood tests and gynaecology consultations run at the City clinic only.

There are a few pay-and-display spaces in front of 36 Spital Square, paid through the RingGo app (location 60485). The clinic is just inside the Congestion Charge zone; there is paid parking outside the zone on Commercial Street, within a 5–10 minute walk.

Choose whichever is easier to reach for the service you need. City (Spital Square, E1) suits anyone travelling via Liverpool Street; London Pregnancy Clinic West in Chelsea (10 Redcliffe Street, SW10) suits West and South-West London. Most pregnancy and fertility scans are available at both, while a few services — including face-to-face midwife appointments, the early fetal echocardiography scan and blood tests — run at City only.
