Book your In-person Fit to Fly

• Suitable at any stage and with any pregnancy complication — there is no eligibility restriction on this appointment.
• Bring or send your pregnancy and travel documents; sending them at least 4 hours ahead gives the GP time to read them.
• Check your airline’s own policy first — the certificate must meet their requirements, and some airlines set their own cut-off dates.

A 20-minute appointment with a GP at our City clinic, assessing whether it is safe for you to fly and issuing your Fit to Fly certificate. This is the right choice if there is any complication in your pregnancy, or if you would simply rather be seen in person. Recommended before flying, particularly beyond 24 weeks. A £30 surcharge applies to appointments in the evening, at weekends or on bank holidays. You’ll see the exact price before you pay.

• The fee pays for the clinical assessment, not for a particular outcome. If the GP concludes it would not be safe to certify you as fit to fly, the fee is not refunded.
• Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before your appointment, in writing to info@londonpregnancy.com.
• Cancelling later than 24 hours but at least 3 hours before costs £50; the rest of your payment is refunded.
• Not attending, cancelling with under 3 hours’ notice, or arriving more than 20 minutes late counts as a no-show and is charged at the amount you paid — £60.
• Your card is not stored. This is a full payment at booking, not a deposit.
