About this appointment
A short appointment to issue your MATB1 maternity certificate, the official form confirming your pregnancy and expected date of delivery. Employers and the relevant authorities use it to arrange your maternity pay and leave. Issued from 20 weeks of pregnancy (the 21st week onward).
Evening, weekend & bank-holiday pricing
A £30 surcharge applies to appointments in the evening, at weekends or on bank holidays. You’ll see the exact price before you pay.
