A combined appointment pairing midwifery guidance with gentle osteopathic care, focused on easing the physical changes of pregnancy and the postnatal period. Often chosen for back, pelvic or hip discomfort alongside wider pregnancy support. Techniques are adapted to your stage of pregnancy and your comfort. Suitable throughout pregnancy and after birth.
