Pelvic Floor Specialist – Targeted rehabilitation to strengthen pelvic muscles—ideal during pregnancy, postnatally, or for issues like incontinence and dyspareunia.
Pregnancy Osteopathy – Gentle osteopathic care to ease pregnancy-related discomforts, support hormonal changes, and aid postnatal recovery.
Pregnancy Acupuncturist – Safe acupuncture to relieve nausea, pain, and stress in pregnancy, and support natural labour from 37 weeks.
We provide flexible appointments for midwifery, acupuncture, pelvic health, and osteopathy.
