About this appointment
A pelvic gynae scan is a non-invasive ultrasound of your reproductive organs, including the uterus, ovaries and bladder. It supports fertility assessment and helps investigate symptoms such as pelvic pain, irregular bleeding or suspected cysts and fibroids. Performed by a specialist gynaecology sonographer. Can be done at most times in your cycle; book sooner if you have ongoing symptoms.
