Ms Sadé Dancille

With over 12 years of frontline NHS experience, Sadé is a dual-qualified emergency department nurse and registered midwife specialising in both high and low-risk care. Her clinical expertise is matched by a deeply compassionate, woman-centred approach, honed through supporting women during some of the most challenging and life-changing moments of their lives. Her background in Biomedical Sciences underpins an evidence-based, analytical style, ensuring every client receives care that is as informed as it is nurturing.

Sadé began her NHS career as a registered adult nurse in one of London's largest and busiest A&E departments, covering resus, the high dependency unit and paediatric A&E. She then completed an accelerated midwifery degree and has practised as a registered midwife across the full breadth of maternity care — antenatal and postnatal clinics, triage, delivery suite, maternity theatre, the midwifery-led unit and high-risk wards — including caseloading high-risk women whose antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care needs detailed, individual planning.

Sadé brings a strong track record of leadership and advocacy, having contributed to national initiatives improving equity and experience in maternity care, and having held senior leadership roles focused on improving outcomes for women and families. This blend of clinical depth and strategic insight shapes the way she approaches every aspect of her practice.
